I was completely satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end with the appt, arrival, departure, and everything in between. It was very organized and easy to contact people unlike other practices I have encountered. Dr. Shieh was very communicative and answered all my questions and more. He was engaged and I felt he listened and truly cared about what he was doing.
The staff was courteous. My appointment was right on time. This was my first visit with Dr. Limb and I was very impressed with his professionalism, demeanor, and technical skill. I could not have been more pleased with the treatment I received.
I was referred by my clinician to Dr. Michael P Murphy and he was terrific. At the end of my appointment - he asked his staff to order a home sleep study (9/24). That is where it falls apart. The staff has an approved (by insurance) order (by 9/26) but says "the lady that does those isn't in". A few days later I drove by and they told me the same thing "the lady isnt in" but that I would get a call. Today is Oct 15 so I called.
