My daughter was here for COVID vaccination. Very kind staff :) and very skilled.
They have a faulty infant weighing machine which showed two different numbers in the span of 5 minutes and the doctor almost sent my kid to the hospital/ER based on these wrong readings! They did have another good infant weighing machine but the doctor didn’t bother suggesting we try that one out until we specifically asked for it. All this confusion resulted in an extra visit for us that the insurance doesn’t want to cover :( Stay away from this place if you can.
I could not have dreamed up a better pediatrician than Dr. Alison Werne. She has been amazing. She is so kind, thorough, never rushes visits, and she is reassuring for both my child and this first time parent. The other doctors we have seen have also been great. I prefer this practice vastly to our previous office.
