My expirence making an appointment here has been a total utter nightmare. I was referred to Dr.Hoffman on May 5th it is now June 17 and they still have not set me up for an appointment keep saying that they need additional information first, then they need to review additional scans, they aren't doing their job and I am critically ill. They didn't even answer their phone the first two weeks I tried to schedule with them it went straight to voice-mail no call back nothing. I wish my doctor never referred me here!! Really poor procedure of releasing X-ray report and image!!! First of all nobody on the reception told me about release authorization form, I could sign it right away. Disorganized department radiology + imaginary. I do not know who is responsible for this. I waited for 2 weeks called them and it turns out the only way they can release it is through authorization form. Which for some reasons has 3 options: paper, mail and pick up. I hope one day they will update at least to Telegraph for the reports.
