Very bad customer service - horribly inefficient. They are wasteful of time and energy. The patient comes last - the bureaucracy comes first. Just scheduling is an ordeal! The more I deal with them, the more stressed I become. Bad for my health - and yours!
The doctor seemed good, but the support staff is not - inefficient, did not seem to understand what I was saying. For example, they will have you wait online, go through a whole verification process, only to tell you that the facility is closed.
As usual, everyone was wonderful. The experience was as expected.
