The staff were very friendly, competent and helpful. Everything was effortless and done in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the excellent patient-centered care.
The schedule for an appointment available by phone only took 2 hours and 3 phone calls. Placed on Hold 30 minutes for the first two calls, a failed Call Transfer before speaking with a Radiology department representative to schedule an appointment for an MRI ordered by a Stanford Emeryville physician. Frustrating customer experience to schedule an appointment!

As my prior experiences, the CT scan process was efficient respectful and technically excellent.
The CT nurses and technicians were very kind, patient and professional. I was treated exceptionally well.
