I keep getting a bill from you. I have never used your hospital nor has my doctor. It is for services done by a Dr Richard Kempson. I have no idea what this is about. For one we live in Louisiana.My doctor says he never sent you anything. I have no plans to pay this. Also your bill paying online is a joke.

Avoid Stanford Dermatology. They have no transparency in pricing. They overcharge for simple procedures such as cryotherapy for wart removal. They are not willing to work with the patient to claim the procedure properly according to insurance practices to minimize patient costs. The doctors don't spend more than 5 minutes with the patient. The front office / billing center staff are rude and unhelpful. The supervisors are unreachable when you insist on escalating the issue. I've been going to Los Olivos for close to 40 years if not 40! Dr. TROBOUGH has been my gynecologist and he delivered both my sons now ages 35 & 33. I now live in Paso Robles but still drive up for my annual. Still feels like home~
