You guys HAVE TOOOOO many travel nurses. Almost 200 at any given time at the hospital. It's really sad when there are plenty of nurses in the Bay area who have applied for OVER A YEAR and got nowhere with you all. Instead of investing in local nurses you all get travels nurses so you don't pay out benefits. You use that crap agency American Mobile Healthcare. travel nurses. I will NEVER give you a dime.

I can't explain the love and compassion this hospital has shown me. I have had 4 back surgeries and when it unfortunately came time to have my 4th surgery NOT ONE neurosurgeon would touch me. My husband and I drove 3 hours from Fresno to check into the Stanford ER. Dr Ian Carroll performed a blood patch on me and alleviated my headaches that were caused by a CSF leak. I had a tumor on my thumb & it was a successful surgery! Thank God! All the DR's (my Ortho Surgeon, Dr. Avedian), Nurses, & staff were outstanding! I arrived 30 min early for my surgery check-in but they still took care of me. They were prompt with the surgery times! Nurses & DR's showed extreme attentiveness & professionalism. They all showed passion for their work & compassion to their patients! I loved how they kept my hubby in the loop & told him my status. Checked-out as they estimated, too! Thank you, Stanford!
