RecommendedWhen I go to Stanford I’m treated with the up most respect and professionalism . The only thing I don’t like “ making appointments that coincide with other schedules that are for the same treatment and I have to return a week or 2,3 weeks later to get my results. The STRESS OF WAITING THAT LONG to find out a sorrowful answers just kills me. I live 3 hrs away that’s a 6hr. Drive times how many times I have to return. I LOVE STANFORD 🙏🙏🙏

While I have found the Doctors to be excellent, but the support staff, coupled with the procedure for getting results of tests, is ridiculous and slow, and staff is very condescending and arrogant.
RecommendedThey have been providing great care for my daughter. Every telephone call, every visit from the pre operative appointments to the surgeries. Very caring staff. After surgery communication and support has been fantastic even though we are 3 1/2 hours away. Dr Lee is the best.

RecommendedFriendly and compassionate from doctors, nurses, to cashier's at the cafe, even the parking attendants make you feel like they really care about you. Very nice experience when you're dealing with a sick loved one.
