You guys should model your scheduling procedures with Sage Veterinary clinic. They are prompt, efficient and focused on getting the appointment scheduled. This is the 3rd time I’ve lost an appoint time slot because your schedulers are slow and more focused on shooting the sh*t. People calling in to make an appointment are most likely ill and don’t have time for small talk. The scheduler told me he had a 330pm time slot and instead of hitting the button to reserve it, he went on and on about nonsense and by time he was done y... read more
