Billing is not transparent at all. I asked multiple questions about insurance and charges, but either got no response or vague, evasive replies that avoided the key information.
I've been to this facility many times over many years for a variety of reasons-- labs, follow ups, consultations, and procedures -- and have always been treated with respect and kindness. On one occasion advice was offered that would substantially alter my wild medical journey for the better. In fact, I'll be visiting tomorrow to get some blood work done. Unprofessional reception staff. They leave people standing in line for more than 15 min, while they keep talking to each other, and completely ignoring the people waiting to check in. It happens every time.
