Fast close to freeway exit.
Drove almost four hours to my sons appointment and the office staff called to tell me the cancelled my sons appointment. After explaining that we drove so long they advised me they would call me back to see what they could do. 20 minutes after my sons scheduled time I received a call from the office asking if I was coming to his appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. I called the office to discuss from outside the building and was hung up on.
