This office treats you like a case number and not a person. I need to have a colonoscopy because my father had colon cancer. You can not schedule an appointment to meet with the Doctor, instead the Doctor reviews your case and decides if you can schedule a colonoscopy. This is not normal – I have never heard of a doctor refusing to meet a patient before a medical procedure. Dr. Tejinder Kalra has the worst bedside manners! He has a complex about being a doctor and is very rude and arrogant! He does not listen to the patient’s questions or why they made an appointment. He has no patience or tolerance for questions. In fact, he doesn’t want the patient to talk to ask questions. His voice, words and mannerism are all very rude!
