Wonderful alternative to traditional urgent care. Have come twice (for weekend or after-hours care) and love being able to make an appointment same-day. Consistently impressed by the caliber and experience of doctors and appreciate that they can often do secondary testing in the same visit - it saves so much time.
Refused to do anything and referred me to the ER for some blood tests that returned back with acceptable results.
I was told there were no available appointments with an M.D. in the San Jose area and was directed to the Stanford Express Clinic in Stanford. After my visit, I discovered that I had been seen by a physician assistant, despite clearly requesting—twice—to be seen by an M.D. It’s unclear whether my request was misunderstood or ignored. Absolutely garbage service. The care I received here is so abysmal I am leaving stanford Healthcare completely after being seen here for 4 years and going somewhere else.
