Drove from Monterey to see a doctor for my baby with a cough. Walked in 10 minutes late but they wouldn’t my baby. They have a strict 10 minute policy. Even if you have to wait inline behind people.
Sutter health across the street has longer grace period along with more time slots available and walk ins are welcome. I recommend Sutter health over this office. Grace period for pediatric patients is 10 mins. If you are there 11 mins late they won’t see your child. Today we made the decision to stop taking our baby/toddler to this office. We will be taking them to sutter health instead. Conveniently located near this office.
Being last week t meet with my Primary Care Physician. Very easy parking, cheap! So nice people and bang on time. Just pleasure to deal with them. Always feel at home in Stanford since they my OHS and they fixed my heart two years ago. Very very professional. God Bless Stanford!
