Even though I called to share I was running 15 min late, the call center representative decided to “leave a note at the desk” and didn’t ask me to reschedule. Once I arrived, they told me they ignore such notes because they have a strict 10 min policy and asked me to reschedule anyway. What a great way to waste my time
