Wasn't a fan of my doctor Afrin Komal so I asked if I could switch. Was told yes if I got a referral. I went through the process and countless phone calls just to be told I can't switch doctors. Even though multiple people said I could. The scheduling and people working in management are a nightmare imo.
Both of them (my medical nurses) were so very kind to me. I was nervous and they eased me through my procedure. I actually asked them if I could hug them both when we were done . 🙏❤🙏
Very happy with the whole experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. I felt heard and cared for. I feel that my health condition will be resolved in the best of hands and at a peaceful and healing environment.
Their scheduling service is absolutely the worst! I missed their scheduling call and they left me a message that they'd call back in 48 hours. They never did. Then I called countless times. Every time they either put me on hold for 40+ minutes or put me in a queue. I was so excited when I finally got hold of someone. They asked me a few questions, pulled up my charts only to tell me they can't schedule and only surgical department can schedule it.
