Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital completely failed my family. We came here trusting that our son would receive careful, thoughtful care, and instead he underwent an invasive and unnecessary surgery that never should have happened. He was very confidently misdiagnosed with an inguinal hernia and operated on based on that misdiagnosis. We came here when my toddler broke her front teeth, because another er spoke by phone with the doctor there who said they could fix the teeth over the weekend (my daughter was in severe pain with her tooth pulp completely exposed.) after waiting for hours, they sent us home with literally nothing, told us they would refer to a dentist and never did. Don’t waste your time here.
El personal medico es muy bueno. Sin embargo la parte administrativa es un caos. Mi hijo estuvo hospitalizado alli por un sangrado en el estomago y al salir el plan era un examen de hemoglobina( nunca pude hacerlo por q no subieron la orden) una endoscopia y luego una cita con una gastroenterologa. Sin la prueba de hemoglobina y la endoscopia me llamaron y dieron cita con la gastro.
