Michael was very engaging and focused. He was interested in me as a person, listening to my concerns and history, he was NOT dismissive of anything that I was concerned about, and acted in a completely professional manner. He gave me all of my options, asked what I thought would be best for me, and explained clearly any potential effects the treatments would present both positive and negative. He was very thorough.
