Great Prices and Excellent Service – This is the first and last place anyone should go to get carpet. Their price per square yard is excellent and their prices are all inclusive. They don't charge extra or nickel and dime you to death. Their installers were prompt and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. I'll use them again when I need new carpeting or flooring.
Very unprofessional – I had a terrible time with these guys. The owner was hours late on some occasions, didn't show on others, rescheduled our measurement and installation multiple times, and was not proactive on any of it. I had to call, and call, and call, to find out why they had missed an appointment by many hours, for example. Totally unprofessional in every way.
