Horrible manager. Disgusting attitude towards tenants. This is a one woman show. She goes by the name of Moe. You may rent the place from her but God forbid you ever have an issue. She would yell at you, humiliate you, cook up imaginary stories that all the other residents are supposedly telling about you. Complete nut job. She belongs in an asylum. Why is this place not shut down yet?
