Totally agree with Lady Dy! Shampoo girl is the worst! She is a bit aggressive with washing your hair and very rough which is not necessary! But I still give Ms. Kay 5 stars bcuz she is awesome!
The shampoo girl was way too heavy handed and very rough, may need additional training or another career. She seemed to be upset or non concerned, but stylist was great and the cut/style was really nice!
Best shop in Clarksville, Tn. You ALWAYS FEEL at HOME, when you ENTER Standing Ovations and come out LOOKING AMAZING!!!!!!
I have had two appointments so far with this salon and I have loved every visit!!! This isn t like any salon I've ever been to; they are so friendly and professional!! The first time I went I had coco help me and she was wonderful and quick with my cornrows. My second visit was with Sherri and she still took me as a client even when i was 30 min. late and I received compliments all night on what she had done to my hair. They are all so knowledgeable and I will definitely make another appointment here!! LOVE IT!!!
I had the worse experience ever at this salon. My hair was nothing how I wanted it, it was oily, my roots weren t straight and the stylist didn t even ask me how I wear my hair she just did her own thing. I tried to tell her how it was too greasy but she didn t care. It was a rushed job and I came out looking like I was way older than what I am.
