I have lived here over 8 years. They have started to charge for water, sewer, and garbage. I don't mind paying for what I use. I am single and have to pay an average over the entire complex 198 units. I don't think that is fair. On top of it the company they hired to do the billing charges a 3. 25 monthly fee. Again mores bs charges. I would like to stay here longer but with these extra charges I will be moving out. I will only be here 2 more years and you can kiss my ass. We have lived at Standing Bear since October now. Everything has been great until today. We were told we needed to pay a late fee so I contacted Karen, the manager, whom I had never spoke with before. She got so upset and hung up on me twice. I called her back and she said, "read the lease it is all in there and DO NOT call me back." I have never had someone hang up on me and she was very rude and unprofessional.
