Terrible management.
If I could give zero stars I would. Unit was in now way move-in ready when I got here, lots of damaged were not fixed. And I have now had to put in FOUR separate maintenance requests because I cannot take a shower in my apartment. They do a quick fix for the water heater and three days later it’s broken again. I’m not going to pay over $1,600 for an apartment I can’t even take a shower in. So if you like being able to shower in the place you pay for, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Great location, great lofts, and timely responses to issues with clear communication.
I rented a loft for a year and had a great experience. Management and maintenance are quick to respond to requests. The lofts are clean and spacious.
