Ally was great! Was able to make a Saturday appointment, which many places do not offer. She listened and was receptive to my concerns after having a traumatic haircut once before. Not only that, but she was fun! And funny! She even styled it for me (which, for anyone wondering, was included with the cut) but it looked amazing! I feel the best after this cut then I've felt in years! Thanks so much Ally!!

I got a haircut here recently. The stylist I was given was new and still building skills. While she was friendly, she mentioned not feeling confident in her techniques yet and got help from the owner. She mentioned using old scissors from school to cut my hair; the owner confirmed that her scissors needed a sharpened as she shaped my hair. I asked for 3" to be cut off with layers; the station mirrors are mounted high, so it was difficult to see how much was cut. My hair was dried and styled nicely.
