Went with a local lumber yard hoping to get better quality boards than big box stores. However, after having a large quantity of boards delivered, we found a number of the boards had significant issues. Damaged by the saw mill (chewed up and marks from the saw blades), significant number of knots, warped, one had a hole completely through it. Was told they were premium boards, however markings indicate grade 2. Contacted them - they apologized, said to send pictures and they would refund me for the bad boards. Emailed three ... read more
Went in looking for siding. Staff on hand very helpful. Nice store with a ton of selection. Was told the sales person who was more familiar with the product would reach out. Been over two weeks and nothing. Not a fan of companies that can't be bothered to call thier customers!
