I had ordered 70 deck boards, when they were delivered we found that several were bad - warped, saw marks, holes/knots, etc. I was disappointed by the quality of the boards, but Standard was willing to refund me the cost of the boards that were bad, which I appreciated.
I work for a tax exempt company and the kid at the counter did not know what he was doing rather than ask someone for help he acted like he figured it out but the receipt says different went back in to ask why the tax is on the receipt then and he told me the tax was not charged to my card . They have a poor selection of tools I do not recommend.
Went with a local lumber yard hoping to get better quality boards than big box stores. However, after having a large quantity of boards delivered, we found a number of the boards had significant issues. Damaged by the saw mill (chewed up and marks from the saw blades), significant number of knots, warped, one had a hole completely through it.
