Muy mala atención al cliente, al regresar para que me volvieran a revisar el carro le dije que mi carro todo estaba bien antes de llevarlo, era la 3 vez que regresaba y un empleado me contestó que todo estaba bien hoy y en cualquier momento se descomponía que haci le pasó con su abuelita hoy estaba viva y al día siguiente murió. Fue muy grosera su contestación. y en lugar de solucionar un problema por el cual fui me movieron más partes. No volvería a ese lugar 0 recomendable
Never coming back to this place again. Terrible service and customer service. Went in for them to fix my radiator they “fixed” it but they put a piece in wrong causing my car to overheat, went back to get it fixed and they disconnected my horn. To many problems kept rising and instead of fixing them one of the workers proceeds to get mad and say it isn’t their fault and lie thinking we don’t know anything about cars, finally a different worker checked out the car and reconnected a wire to get the horn to work again. I shopped around and was referred, Jose is extremely honest and reasonable cost wise. His shop is immaculately clean as well, I am reaching back out for a AC issue tomorrow
