Before renting here, look at reviews for In City property management. This building is falling apart, and has been for years, without management noticing (or maybe they have noticed and don’t care). Rusted out gutters have been dumping water into the foundation of the building for at least two years, likely causing mold, rot, and structural integrity issues. The location is ok. The maintenance is good. The neighbors are loud and the neighborhood can be sketchy. Honestly it feels like living in a college dormitory. People leave their laundry for days at a time and you can always hear you neighbors music. The ceiling in my apartment was cracked and had rusting nails coming through the roof. Also the entire place smells like mildew so be prepared to feel damp all the time. The place was really nice. No bugs except for the occasional spider. Stayed during the fall so not an issue for me, but there was no ac in the units.
