We bought a Toto toilet and every week this company said oh it’ll be here the next week and the next week. Finally we just wanted our money back so that we could buy the toilet from someone who could give us the product. In the process of replacing the pull out spray hose on my Blanco kitchen faucet, I needed to replace the fiber washer seal at the connection under the sink. Paul was extremely helpful (and patient with me) in working through plumbing connections that I would need in re-connecting a new pump for an outdoor water feature in our backyard. I'm just hoping I can properly connect the new pieces purchased to the existing pieces I butchered in the process of removing the old pump! 🫤
