This post is directed towards the hardware section of the store. I have been coming to this store off and on for years in fact I've been to all 3 of the stores. Yesterday Friday I was having car trouble and my truck wouldn't start . Your store had 1 set of jumper cabels . Which I purchased for $28.10. Well as it turns out I didn't need them. We bought a Toto toilet and every week this company said oh it’ll be here the next week and the next week. Finally we just wanted our money back so that we could buy the toilet from someone who could give us the product. When we wanted to cancel a product, we did not even have yet, Brett Ferguson said that was impossible. We could not cancel. In the process of replacing the pull out spray hose on my Blanco kitchen faucet, I needed to replace the fiber washer seal at the connection under the sink.
