RecommendedAbsolutely great service. Bailey was very professional and patient with us. Beyond exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place.
First appointment, my daughter was 5 minutes late because of a traffic accident and they made her reschedule. Second appointment, she was prescribed glasses that did not help with her vision and initial recommendations they made were not done. Third appointment to have the wrong glasses checked. Now been waiting 90 minutes and still not seen yet. If they turn people away for being late, why are they so far behind? I've not seen a single patient walk in since my daughter, so what's the issue?

I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early. Filled out my paperwork and sat down. The office staff had an argument and the office manager was getting a bit too sassy with her employees in front of customers. I sat down and started a conversation with another customer and she said she had been waiting over an hour and no one had told her they were running behind. I rate this a 1 because I can’t rate it a zero. We paid this company our bill in full the day we went in for our exam and glasses. Afterwards we got a bill for more money, we called to work it out and they said they would take care of us. Now months later we find out they sent it to a debt collector without telling us and claim they can’t do anything about it. Good companies don’t do this!
