I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early. Filled out my paperwork and sat down. The office staff had an argument and the office manager was getting a bit too sassy with her employees in front of customers. I sat down and started a conversation with another customer and she said she had been waiting over an hour and no one had told her they were running behind. I rate this a 1 because I can’t rate it a zero. We paid this company our bill in full the day we went in for our exam and glasses. Afterwards we got a bill for more money, we called to work it out and they said they would take care of us. Now months later we find out they sent it to a debt collector without telling us and claim they can’t do anything about it. Good companies don’t do this! My husband and I went to the Standard Optical in Harrisville. I thought our appointments were 10:20 and 10:40, we walked in at 10:10. The guy at the computer was very snarky and said they would only see one of us because one of the appointments was supposed to be at 9:40. I get if we miss an appointment that's on us but someone with customer service skills would have nicely said, I'm sorry you missed your appointment can we reschedule? Mike and I both went to this location and had all our needs meet beyond expectation. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.
I love these guys! They are amazing. They helped my father get surgery for his cataracts!
I was asked to try trail pack of once daily contacts. Enjoyed them and ordered a year supply. I asked for another trial pack to last till my contacts arrived since I would be out before the new ones came and was told no. Hopefully these once daily contacts will last longer then one day. Ill be finding a new eye doctor
I recently had lasik and I love it, I love the staff they are really friendly and have your best interest have been going to standard optical for many years and I don't have a complaint at all.
