Called to inquire about timbertech item was told could be ordered for next day pick up. Clerk called next morning as promised and item was waiting at the front desk.
While they can’t beat the selection of and some of the prices of the products in a big box store, they have excellent and friendly customer service. The store associates are well-versed in all matters home-related.
Run from the establishment. These people were thieves. They tried over and over to overcharge me. From no one there to get a hold of , Lied about being on site, rushed us off the phone and yelled whenever we asked any probing questions. It was like a scam call from another country that you are warned to be wade if. If I hardest called U-Haul directly to confirm this was a real Compnay I would have stopped right there.
