They came and told us that we needed a whole new boiler and that the estimate would be given approximately 4-6 , 000. When we got the quote it was7200. We called repeatedly to talk to someone about the estimate. They told my husband that since he continued to bother them the price would be. 8400.supposedly the boiler was going to crack the foundation and empty all the water in multiple place.Anyway had a second opinion and it ended up costing us $300. Runs better than it had in years

Very disappointed and very annoyed. I have now stayed home on two different days awaiting for someone to show up at my house for appointments that were set up over a week before the time they were supposed to come over. First time appointment was for morning. I had to call the first time to find out that they were busy and weren't going to get to me. Did they call? NO. So I rescheduled. Today I was booked for 9-1. We have been a customer for over 20 years with a service contact. Three weeks ago we called for an appointment and was given the earliest date of 7/15 between 9 & 12. When we called today we were told that the tech was stuck in Bolingbrook and they couldn’t tell us when someone would come out but should be today...I should have known better because they did the same thing last year and didn’t make it till the next day.
