I wish I could give a 0 star review. Our furnace went out while we were out of town. They sent a technician out the same day which was great. The technician said there were "multiple cracks in the heat exchanger" and that we would need to replace the furnace. There wasn't much I could do from the airplane but I know enough to know that that issue would not cause the furnace to stop working. We got a second opinion today. The crew that installed my new furnace and air conditioner, Tovah, Matt, and Ryan were great! Fast install and thorough clean up!
The technician we had was great, he was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We felt that our issue was fully resolved and we would recommend Standard Heating and Air Conditioning.
