This was my first time dining at Standard Fare. I had dinner with girlfriends on a Friday evening during a particularly busy Saratoga Springs track season weekend. Went here for the 1st time with 2 girlfriends last night. The food was really, really good, though $$. A friend and I tried the porkchop - which was great! Delicious peaches on top and mashed potato beneath. My other friend had the brick chicken which was delicious. We enjoyed our drinks as well. Dessert was their mint chocolate cake - super moist and tasty. Mint was not overpowering. Because is was super hot outside, I wish it had been cool inside.
