If you are installing solar panels, do not do business with this company. Solar panels are advertised as saving you money over regular electric power. Well, when you get charged $300 labor fees anytime something breaks, you are no longer saving money, now you are paying more. I have a contract with Standard Energy Solutions that details a 10 year warranty. There are no labor fees detailed anywhere in the contract at all. The company was recommended by a realtor/broker, Ron Golansky, who basically scammed me into purchasing these solar panels and a lot of them with a high-interest loan and promises of a new roof. I am a Service member and was stationed outside of the country. Let's just say I had roof leaks, and these solar panels are not worth it because I still have a high electric bill. I appreciate doing business with Standard Energy Solutions. They did a great job on the installation of my solar panels to my home. The look is very efficient. Customer service is great and that I absolutely appreciate. Thank you again Shawna Foulger for being a great sale person, point of contact, and excellent customer service.
