I rarely give 5 stars but Dan and H Reed gave my old truck new life! I had a bad experience at another local shop so went back to Dan’s team at Standard Diesel and was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them. I bought this one owner GMC used just a couple years ago with 270k miles and Service Engine light on. A vacuum leak was detected and painstakingly found and fixed. Bravo to Dan and his crew! It runs like a dream again…many more miles to come.
This is THE spot for diesel service! Dan and this crew have true expertise and strive to fit the needs of each engine-- including my pesky 2010 6.4!
Amazing service, these guys do great work and are very thorough. 10 out of 10 recommend. They're honest, and that alone is hard to find now days.
Standard Diesel Dan & his team definitely provide great service. My truck was showing low fuel pressure and exhaust filter overload…engine limped me at 20 mph. Dan and Mike diagnosed it within a few days even though they were backed up with trucks. Got my truck back yesterday and it runs better than when I bought it a year ago. Not sure what all Dan and Mike did with their computer, but they def made adjustments…the power has absolutely increased and, whatever they did, it gained me 3 mpg of fuel efficiency.
