My name is Denise Cook. I really enjoy living here a the Crossing, It's clean, quiet and close to everything, it's next to 95.
I have lived at two of their properties, The Renaissance and Union South Bay, both in Carson, CA. I had to move from The Renaissance because of poor management and minimum maintenance. I moved to Union South Bay because it had a different owner and management company. Everything was fine until Standard Communities bought it.
