I got my first-ever chip in my windshield and was very panicked about my windshield cracking. I called Standard Auto Glass, and they got me in the same day. Took about 20 minutes, and the chip was as good as gone! Jess at the front desk was super helpful and made the process stress-free. Very reasonably priced as well. The parking lot is a bit confusing on where to park, but otherwise, the process was very smooth. I would definitely come back again (but hopefully won't need to).
They went above and beyond to help me find an extremely rare windshield for my classic VW. No one else could source the parts for it. I tried multiple suppliers with no success, but Jess took the time to research, track it down, and make it happen. If you have an uncommon, or older vehicle and think the part might be impossible to find, ask for Jess. Highly recommended!

Driving from Ottawa to North Bay today, caught a rock and a solid chip. Called Standard on route, Jess booked me in for 1430. Dropped it off and it was fixed for 16h, $84. Seamless and good.
I see all those positive reviews about this place but I called and gave them all the info they needed like the year, make and model of my car. The day of my appointment I get a call saying that I didn't tell them the right model for my car and they can't do the work replacing my windshield. If the receptionist would of made sure she had the right model this could of been avoided and to call me to blame me when I made sure to give all the relevant information they needed to get the parts required for the job.
