The carpet that was laid was not done correctly there is a seam that's 15 ft long and they refused to return my calls

Awesome experience with this place from beginning to end! Michelle originally helped me find THE PERFECT hardwood flooring for our entire upstairs and Patty helped us find THE PERFECT carpeting for our office and stairway! We just completed a total bathroom renovation. Complete tear down and rebuilding of the room built in the 50’s. Yulia Kononova helped with our overwhelming choices of cabinets, flooring, shower material, counter and tile. Her design expertise pulled it all together into what is now a beautiful room to go in. Standale Interiors is wonderful! 17 years ago we built our new home and worked with Standale Interiors. We were very happy when our home was built so we went back to Standale Interiors as recently we have updated our home with a major remodel project. Michelle was very helpful in helping us select pieces and colors for our project. She was patient and genuinely caring. She had great ideas and provided excellent customer service. I don’t do a lot of reviews but I am so impressed with SHS. I thought they’d be higher priced than the big box stores but they ARE NOT. You cannot beat the advice and customer service. We spent months looking for backsplash and had run out of money in our budget to pay for someone to install it. They treated us like we were spending thousands of dollars. My husband and I could not have been happier with Standale Interiors, when we purchased new carpet for our condo. Darci gave us great customer service, and guided us through this complicated process with ease. Her expertise was much appreciated, as we had not purchased carpet in many, many years. We are very happy with our Karastan Wear-Dated carpet. The installation was accomplished smoothly also, and our many questions were answered to our satisfaction.
