The lack of communication at this location is so unprofessional. Three different appointments not one was done in a timely manner. You’re in the waiting room for 30-45+ minutes, no one gives you any intel on what’s going on, or when you’ll be seen. The staff will call you the day of and have the audacity to ask you to come early just for you to sit even longer. It’s ridiculous. Would never recommend this location to anyone.
I have never had an MRI done, so I was definitely nervous going in, but the front desk and the technician Lisa, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The office was very clean, check in process was easy peasy and Lisa made sure I was comfortable in any way possible for all my scans and I had quit a lot to do. Def a very positive experience, and the results came out within 1-2 days, super duper fast.
Honestly the best MRI office I've ever been too. The staff is very sweet. I can be hard to deal with at times and all of them were so understanding and polite. The MRl tech I wish I knew his name but he was very tall..the most professional but SWEETEST guy ever. I recommend them to everyone. I went right in...the front helped with any signing work and made sure I was comfortable and ok. Best place. Honest.
