Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was told I would be sitting there for 6 minutes, and it ended up being an average of 5 minutes for about six different times. They had me sitting in a way that would not allow my arm to stop shaking so the MRI kept failing. Clearly they need some sort of way to clamp the arm down so that it keeps it from moving. I spent $80 in an Uber trying to get up here and they're telling me I need to come back because my arm wouldn't stop shaking. Even when we retried, she said she was going to just... read more
The technician is very sweet and compassionate. She let me know how many minutes each scan would take. I didn't feel claustrophobic at all. The puppy video made the 25 minutes fly by. I just wish they gave you a paper copy of the results to give to the physical therapists, as they usually don't have any way to read CDs that I received. But I highly recommend going here.
I had a hard time being still , Shannon worked with me and got it done. I really appreciate Shannon. Everyone there was great 🌹
