WHY WOULD YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE..?? This was 12 minutes of relaxing time that I have had all day. I cannot believe the H-First's 50 minutes of the laying down in a tiny tube for a MRIs are barbaric compared to this sitting in a chair MRI for a back spine scan. They say it’s better sitting because you’re actually getting a scan while you are weight bearing. This a place is a “Walk in the Park”. HF pushed the button to slide me in tube with the bed too high and I was stuck for about 2 minutes( just up to my waist). I looked for... read more

Yesterday (21 Sep 26), I went for my MRI Lumbar Spine. I arrived 1/2 before my show time of 1530 (3pm) as I was informed during my call that there would be paperwork involved for my review and signature. I was greeted by Ms. Marley, a very nice young lady with a warm and lovely smile, she handed me my paperwork, explained all in detail; it took less than 5 mins to complete! Exceptional patient care from both Marly and Shannon. HF couldn't get me into a facility for weeks; and my friend recommended this facility to me and I called and was advised how to get their services with a script/request from my referring physician. Once I received this they were able to immediately schedule me for my MRI within the same week.
