After reading great reviews, I guess I'm the only one not at all happy with Stand Up Guys. I booked online 4 days in advance for junk removal before having a medical procedure that would keep me out of action for a month. I received confirmation email for 9:30-11:30 time slot. at 11:45 I had heard nothing so I called. The agent confirmed that I had an appointment and I would receive call from the location.
