Rich is not your typical car dealer. He is honest, personable and highly professional. I purchased a used Lexus from him and the experience was terrific. I feel like he wouldn’t try to sell you a car that he wouldn’t purchase for himself. Over the phone he gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle, answered all my questions thoroughly, and followed up in a timely fashion.
