No heat. Gave me a Heater which I'll have to the electric bill. Also put electric for outside lights in our rent Employees have Bankers hours
Horrible customer service. The front desk staff are rarely helpful and you can never get through to the person you need. I have tried to reach someone in management via email and phone without success.
I am not impressed
This m.just collecting rent, do nothing for seniors, dangerous place to live and nobody cares...
