Took my 24' Duramax 3500 in for service and rear brake pads. As I go to drop it off I get asked if Id like a quote for the brake job, "just for pads?... yea sure". We have to replace the rotors, wheel seals, pads everything because our machine wont turn dually rotors, its not big enough, total cost for just replacing the rear brakes is $3,000. Hmm, well the rotors are OK, the pads just show they are down to 10%... then I'm told again you have to replace the rotor which means replacing a ton of other things. I got down and la... read more

John in the service department is wonderful! Even though it’s a big name dealership, he makes it feel like a small town repair shop. Very friendly and personable. They were able to look at the issue I was having with my car and get it fixed quickly too!
Alerted I was due for service - made appointment online. Made a change with receiving an email noting the changes. Arrived for my appointment and was greeted and discussed what was scheduled. Started service and I was out in an hour. Very great experience.
