I have no problem with the service dept except they take way to long to diagnose and fix your car. Everytime I go it’s always a 2-3 hour wait, even for a basic oil change. They should really figure something out that’s way to long. But they are at least pleasant and they try to accommodate you.
Worst services after you buy the car...the service department never never answers the calls. even if you call the parts department, they transfer to service, and the phone goes to voice mail... if you call sales department to ask to talk to some one in service department because their phone goes to voice mails, they still only transfer the call to service department... No one in the service department wants to talk and tell the problem in the car... all they have to say is we are fixing the car and u have a rental from us fo... read more
