915 Ratone is very convenient to both campus and Aggieville. Randy and Susan were wonderful to deal with, answering all questions and fixing any problems when they arose. This house has been taken care of and offers plenty of living space for all of those living there. Highly recommended!
I really enjoyed renting from Randy and Susan! They were even flexible with us when the pandemic hit and allowed us to move out a month early. They really take care of their properties well and also care about their tenants. No complaints here!
I rented from Stallbaumer Rentals for 3 out of my 4 years at Kansas State University. Both locations I lived at were very clean, great locations, and had excellent appliances. Fantastic landlords who were quick to respond when needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
No issues what so ever. All you have to do is pay rent on time, respect the property and they will respect you. Would rent from them again.
