I moved into my Stallard apartment in October and feel I’ve made a good decision. Compared to other apartment buildings I had looked at on the same street and the same price, this one was clearly the better choice. Parking is tight but manageable. The building is clean and well maintained. Management and maintenance are professional and responsive. I like that this place has some style that shows from the era it was built, yet things still operate properly. A good value in today’s market. Phil

Megan was kind showing the home and she made sure I new everything about the home and application.
They charge you more if you're not the right color. Not a good company to rent from if you're a darker pigment.
