I live at maple court and the rent is affordable and the apartments are nice.
Great communication & reasonable renting prices
I am at Ashbury Apartments in Kokomo. I haven’t even lived here a week and I have already had issues. First they have terrible customer service. Tried to charge me late fees before I even moved in. They wouldn’t accept my renters insurance only theirs. Mindy in the office was very rude and disrespectful towards me during move in. Doesn’t answer the phones. I was at the Maple Court apartments on Pennsylvania Street. Absolutely horrible!! Roaches that won’t go away, waste water coming up from the pipes, management hardly ever answers the phone. Maintenance has a habit of leaving piss all over the toilet. Flooding got so bad I had to get a hotel room!! Avoid at all costs
