Please Read: Overcharged & Utterly Disrespected 2 year tenant! I rented from Stallard and Associates for 2 years. I was charged for damages that did not exist or already existed at time of move in. I paid a $570 deposit at the time of move in and now they are saying only paid $375 and then they proceeded to charge me an additional $59 when they owe me money!
