Typical corporate landlord whose greed knows no bounds. Ripped out a failing deck and refused to replace it with anything, raised the rent shortly after, refused to work with neighbors on the failing fence and then made yard improvements to the house using my deposit. Would give zero stars if I could.
Julie has been the absolute best landlord I’ve ever experienced. She is a perfect person for this business and felt honest, personal, caring, and understanding, while still being professional. If I could give 10000 star review I would over and over again without question. I could seriously go on forever about what she did for me and my roomates but all you need to know is she had our backs and kept everyone’s best interest in mind through everything. Best rental company I have ever rented from. Super kind and supportive from move in to move out. When I needed maintenance fixed, there was someone there within a few hours, and when I needed to move out early they were incredibly kind and helped to find a new tenant early. Would highly recommend working with Staley!!
