Julie has been the absolute best landlord I’ve ever experienced. She is a perfect person for this business and felt honest, personal, caring, and understanding, while still being professional. Best rental company I have ever rented from. Super kind and supportive from move in to move out. When I needed maintenance fixed, there was someone there within a few hours, and when I needed to move out early they were incredibly kind and helped to find a new tenant early. Would highly recommend working with Staley!!
when we moved into our home in the NE we immediately noticed ants were everywhere. we couldn't have cereal unless we stored it in ziploc bags, that's how intense these ants were. in a year of living there, the ants are still present in every room of the house. in february the heat went out. we lived with temps in our home under 60 degrees most days & after A MONTH of communication with julie staley we were getting nowhere with the actual problem. so i warned her that i would have to file a complaint with the city if it wasn'... read more
