The staff is always friendly & attentive, which is important when you don’t feel well. Will definitely be back!
I have a real issue with this Urgent Care, I was seen on a Saturday for poison ivy and the staff never closed out my chart as a result my medication was not sent to the pharmacy I attempted to contact this Urgent Care but they closed at 1:30 and remained closed til Wednesday. There are no after hours that you can contact a Dr. How can they NOT have safety measures in place to make sure the patient’s chart was closed out and the medication was received at the pharmacy??? Loved the vibes
I had a raw throat issue and came here to get it diagnosed. Since my background is Science and Technology. Due to a new sensitivity I developed as I got older to grass pollen and cold. They diagnosed me correctly and was able train a student in taking vital signs properly. I cooperated as I know getting vital signs from different people is important in training properly to become a good health worker a Doctor or a Nurse. The big positive for me is they were not.overly busy. A gem for the community of Perkasie.
