The worst! Sent totally different cheaper flowers than I requested and I ordered the most expensive premium arrangement. And the website asked me if I would substitute flowers and I answered NO. When I called to ask them to deliver the correct order, they said they would pick them up (from the Birthday Girl) and credit me but didn't have the flowers to replace them with?!
