Never ever dare to go with StairWorx. Worst job.
DO NOT GO WITH STAIRWORX!! Jake has installed the wrong size glass and the stairs are absolutely rubbish too. Installed in March and since said he would comeback to change it. It’s been 7-8 months Jake has been giving excuses and not answering any of my calls absolutely rubbish service I plead that no one decides to work with this company as the customer service is terrible. I had paid 50% of the invoice I’m glad I have not paid the whole thing.
I regret to inform you that I have had an extremely negative experience with this company. We initially agreed upon a price, and I paid 50% of the amount in advance. However, the installation of the stairs was significantly delayed, despite numerous reminders and excuses from the company. Upon installation, it was discovered that the geometrical stair stringer was cracked. I promptly notified Jake about this issue, but no one came to address it.
