Awful...awful....awful! Communication with Sales person has caused multiple issues, and I've been treated like it's my fault! Last communication, manager promised 3 day expedited shipment of supplies (that I paid over $500 for)...on Day 4 followed up via a call, also followed up with an email...finally received a message from the offending Sales person,not the Manager, saying they will ship next Weds, and I will receive it the Weds after....Wow! I would NEVER buy from this company!
